The 5km Challenge:

  • Run your first 5km (3.1 miles) in just 24 days of training, in a healthy way.
  • Training for beginners.

How does the 5km Challenge work?

  • Consists of 24 training sessions over 8 weeks, with 3 sessions per week lasting 25 to 35 minutes each.
  • The challenge has defined start and end dates.
  • You won’t be alone; we are a community, and other people will also be taking the challenge on the same days as you.
  • Training plans for each week will be sent directly to your Smart Watch and via WhatsApp every Sunday.
  • You will have direct access to me through WhatsApp.

What do you need to participate?

  • Obtain authorization from your doctor to start physical activities.
  • A pair of running shoes and comfortable clothing.
  • Allocate 25 to 35 minutes, 3 times a week, for the training sessions.

Nice to meet you, I’m Denise Giusti.

I’m 42 years old, started running at 39, and now I’m not only a runner but also a certified running coach by UESCA in the United States.
Running has changed my life in many ways. It has made me feel more empowered, focused, confident, and much healthier.
It has been an incredible journey, and I really want to bring you along, where you will discover the best in yourself.
I challenge you to invest a little bit of time in yourself, and I guarantee you won’t regret it.
